About the Artist

Surrealist painter Mya Rowe was born in Sandusky, Ohio. Currently based in Cleveland, Ohio while attending Cleveland State University. Their mediums include acrylic painting, watercolor, chalk pastel, graphite, and digital art. With their primary medium being acrylic painting, it is worth noting that they also won Best of Painting at their school’s juried student art show. This show was exhibited at Galleries at CSU. The Galleries at CSU is their main associated gallery to display their work. Mya creates dream like landscapes that hide realistic fears and anxieties of life.
